Unfortunately this comes with the territory. The Van returned in an no drive able state. I couldn’t let the renter use the van without proper repairs. Potential renter was given 1 weeks notice.

Super friendly host. Very good prices and he allowed me to pick it up early. He responded immediately to all my questions and concerns. This was our first trip with turo and it was easy and convenient. We hope to book with him again in the future.
