Awesome ride for our fishing trip!

No instructions on how to used the radio or the xm the bed he had on lock it wouldn't go down for someone to relax also being handicap I was able to take my wheelchair just wasn't the best rental I really didn't want to write this review but for $1800 dollars for this vehicle my Brothers said I should we had to wait for the owner to wake up to unlock the doors that went into our time but issue like this makes it easier to go to budget or some other rental company to many restrictions it wasn't a good weekend for us maybe someone else will read this and think about renting from this person on turo
Thank you for your feedback, Melvin. Hitch use requires advance verification (photos, documentation, and proper coverage), which you weren't able to completed in time. The rear bed is restricted per GM safety guidance and to prevent damage; a cargo setup is required for heavy use. Vehicle was prepared as scheduled. Bluetooth is included; XM radio is not a listed feature. We continue improving onboarding for clarity.

Everything was perfect. The van was super comfortable and easy to drive. Thankfully as we were in terrible traffic which extended our return trip by hours. Clean, and well maintained, will rent again!
