The vehicle had issues:
a. the VENT setting on the air conditioning DID NOT WORK. This meant that only the defroster setting could provide air conditioning. Because of this, the passenger was getting pelted with cold air that they did not want. Had the VENTS been operational, this would not have been an issue
b. The BIG issue (and it's a safety issue) is that the driver side window switch did not work. That meant that the driver (me) COULD NOT lower my window when paying tolls, going to drive throughs, or simply getting fresh air. NOT GOOD
