The detailed instructions I was given on where to pick up the shuttle at the airport to get to the economy lot were completely inaccurate. I wandered around for almost 45 minutes trying to figure out where to go and even the ladies at the information desk weren’t sure. When I contacted the owner he said “just ask” then stopped responding. The van was fine but as someone else mentioned, the A/C only worked through the defrost vents. The weather in Denver was in the 90s all week so wandering around trying to figure out where to get the shuttle and the vents not working properly was less than ideal.
