Van was fine. Poor communication on pick up location. It gave me the lot but not the section. Also, host did pick up or return phone calls

For renting from Denver International Airport:
I park in the east economy lot so renters don’t have to take a shuttle to one of the many off-site lots. This is a 5-10 minute walk from baggage claim 3/4. This saves a lot of hassle and time, especially with how busy this airport can be.
I communicated to this guest that the van would be in Row A of the east economy lot. It was in one of the first spots.
Van was great aside from not having any ventilation in the back.
