Van was phenomenal, rented another vehicle at first but had some issues contacted the host and they got me another van on the spot. Host was very responsive very quickly which is always a plus. Van was perfect for me and my co workers and our families definitely will be renting again from you guys!

Van was not in the best shape. None of the car charger plug ins worked. Head lights were super corroded plastic and yellowed. Issue with the side back passenger window looking like it was going to fall out of the van.

Several things were not working properly on the van. Definitely needs an alignment also.

The van was returned prior to 10am, I just wasn't able to complete the online return process on my phone, sorry
