We rented Kaitlyn’s passenger van and it was ok. It is an older vehicle so we weren’t expecting a brand new ride, but what we weren’t expecting was the smell was pretty awful. We ended up spraying the entire car with Lysol and that made it a little bit better. We also received the van with the low tire pressure light on so that was annoying to have to take time out of our trip to get that taken care of. It definitely got us from point A to point B and is a solid choice for a large family but just beware make sure you book a REFUNDABLE trip as the host is not flexible AT ALL if any of your plans change.

This guest was difficult from the get go. He booked a 10 year old vehicle and had unreasonable expectations for a 10 year old vehicle. I did offer for him to return the vehicle and I even offered a refund but he didn't want that.
The van does not have any odors and runs perfectly. It got him everywhere he needed to go. Its just a basic 10 year old vehicle with a budget price to match. This van has consistently received 5 star reviews for a reason.
A non refundable trip is 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
