Words can’t express how grateful I am for Brian. I had an urgent out-of-state emergency and needed to transport a stove, fridge, washer, and dryer to family. U-Haul rates were way out of my budget, but finding Brian’s Mercedes E-Cargo Van on Turo saved the day.
Despite being two hours late, Brian met me with a warm attitude and carefully showed me how everything worked. Since it was my first time driving an E-van, I was completely new to EV charging, but Brian patiently answered every late-night text to help me find affordable charging spots. He even generously gave me extra time with the van at no charge when charging took longer than expected.
He transformed a truly stressful situation with pure kindness and exceptional service. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
