REV provided detailed explanations on how to operate the vehicle. They were responsive in less than a minute or two and attempted to fix my issue wherever the vehicle was parked. My biggest complaints were that the battery to the vehicle was dead when we picked up the vehicle, the vehicle was dirty on the outside and the inside. Many of the electronics were inoperable secondary to the dead battery. At least half of our trip was spent trying to get it to operate correctly.

Awesome experience with this host. Very nice vehicle for family vacations, the comfort and ride is well worth it. To be a van of this size it got great fuel mileage on our 1325 mile round trip. Host is very quick to respond via text. Will definitely use again in the near future since we take many family vacations. Thanks again for the greatest experience of car/van rental!! 👍👍
