The van needed some work but overall got the job done. Had a safe trip there and back. Storage is also limited. Host was great pickup location not too bad just a bit out of the way.

I do apologize that I missed a piece of trash in one of the panel cubbies in the rear of the van. Thank you for bringing to my attention while on the trip that the rear tires developed an issue and we’re not in great condition. Thank you for allowing me to immediately send you to a big O tire in your area where I covered the cost of two brand new tires. I’m sorry you lost a few hours of your trip time due to this.

The car, pick up location and quality were all great. However, Turo's customer service was inefficient in terms of verifying my identity and securing the rental. Turo had issues on their end for me and the host. Otherwise, the car worked out great.
