There were several issues with the vehicle, including an alarm that would go off every time we were stopped in the car was in the park, two front balled tires, which is not acceptable in a Pittsburgh winter, especially in a vehicle like this where it was used to carry 10 children. Windshield wipers only partially worked and when they did work, they did not clear the window properly. There were also so tire sensor alarms that stayed on. This vehicle definitely needs maintenances

The vehicle had new winter driving tires installed prior to this trip. TPMS alerts during extreme cold are common, especially following a tire change.
Windshield wiper concerns were related to conditions. The wipers are functioning as designed and not something we can correct.
The van was evaluated both before and after this trip and no mechanical or diagnostic issues were found.
The vehicle was driven and returned without incident.
The van drove so smooth loaded with 10 gals for a holiday weekend trip to New York City. Could not have been more reliable. It was safe to and from and did well on gas mileage for a large van. Seat heaters up front were a big bonus -Seamless pick up. Super responsive and kind owners. Grateful for the ease up drop off. Met the owner at the airport by good timing and chance - a joyful, stress free return!

Pick up location was tricky for person never at PITT before. And I requested third row seat be removed. So loading luggage was the only real issue.... vehicle and hosts were great....
