The vehicle was not pristine, which I expected. The cost was higher than anticipated. The pickup from the airport was outstanding and quick. The drop-off was not smooth. We had some folks on an earlier flight, and because we had stated a return time later than when we needed to return (by about an hour) there was nobody readily available for the return when we were ready. Also, communicating through the Turo App was not smooth.
