This is a great van. Host called me in the morning after pickup to make sure everything went smoothly.
All of the confusion with number of seats, etc was on the Turo side and Annie is great!

Vehicle was very roomy with plenty of luggage space, and otherwise everything was good. The biggest issue was the pickup experience. Leading up to the reservation, there was a strong emphasis on the importance of being on time, so we made sure to arrive promptly.
They eventually got in touch with us over an hour later with instructions for accessing the vehicle, but by that point we were already extremely frustrated and had begun heading back home. Unfortunately, our concerns about the delay didn’t seem to be met with much understanding or concern.

We own the failure to clearly communicate where the keys were located in the vehicle. Our directions guided the customer to a in person meet. @ 5am. While we’ve had many guests arrive early, find their vehicle staged, and proceed without issue, we truly appreciate that these particular guests followed the process exactly as instructed and would not have thought to check the vehicle for the keys without direction.
We sincerely apologize, again, for the oversight and the inconvenience it caused.
Car is older almost 200k miles - had check engine light come on and off - had door adjust light come on and off constantly - car engine hesitation
