Upon reserving the vehicle i messaged the host to ensure the vehicle was serviced and cleaned before my trip and he replied that he makes sure that it is before every trip. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, when I picked it up it also had an oil change message so I contacted the host and he said it would be fine. The reservation was now non-cancellable so picked it up. Later that night I saw that the headlight was extremely dim and found that one headlight wasnt working. We had to drive through backroads with barely any light. I contacted the host next day and he said he would take of it. He didn't. After the trip I had exceeded the allowed mileage so I asked the host to at least waive the extra mileage for the inconveniences but he declined to offer anything. Turo was no help either.
