Turned out to be okay but as other reviewers mentioned there seems to be a lack of maintenance on this vehicle. A few warning lights kept popping up throughout the trip and made some beeping noises. The diesel exhaust out put is pretty bad, you definitely can’t have the windows down if you are driving or in any kind of stand still traffic. It’s a bit weird with the gears as there’s no actual parking gear. You need to use the emergency brake. It’s an older and well used van but was overall okay. I don’t know that I would rent again due to the lack of maintenance though. A bit nervous it might stall somewhere.

Thanks for renting with us, Brittani. This 2015 diesel van has no Park position: it's parked with the parking brake up, as explained in our car guide. The beeping and red light come on when the parking brake isn't fully released. The van is checked weekly by our mechanic and passed a full certified inspection this week, and we're rechecking the other alerts you mentioned. Thanks for the feedback!
I wish I could include photos with this review. I rented the van for approximately four hours and had no issue paying the full 24-hour rental rate. Before returning it, I refilled the gas tank, so I was surprised to receive an additional fuel invoice. The owner’s explanation was that the needle was too far to the left of the “Full” line and needed to sit farther to the right. This felt unreasonable, especially after I had made a point of refueling before returning the vehicle.

Thank you for renting with us, Shanice. Our rule is to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. The van left full and came back below the full mark, as shown in the dashboard photos submitted to Turo. Refilling took $19 of diesel (receipt attached), plus Turo's standard $10 fee, and the invoice was resolved through Turo. Tip for future guests: fill diesel until the pump clicks off before returning. We appreciate your business and wish you the best.

Car quality is not good. Rear view camera is messed up. The car needs many services and checks. The steering is not aligned.
