The van was perfect for our trip and our host was amazing! This was my first experience with Turo and i will definately use it again in the future.

Host was good and informed us of a windshield problem. Turo however was completely inept. Not only could they not provide replacement vehicle, they offered 7 passenger vehicles when they knew we had 8 people. Their rep offered nothing better than canceling rental and leaving us stranded

We’re sorry Turo’s poor communication negatively impacted your experience. Hosts are not Turo. As the host, we simply provide a safe, reliable van for your trip. You were notified immediately about a new windshield crack we had no control over before your trip. When Turo wouldn’t provide a replacement without charging you $1,000 more, we graciously offered our van, so you wouldn’t be left without transportation. We are happy that you were able to used our van for the entirety of your trip.

The van worked perfect with two families. Plenty of room for all of our luggage. Spent a week driving through Yellowstone and Jackson Wyoming.
I recommend anyone considering a family trip with multiple people to use this van.
