I had an amazing experience with this vehicle rental! The customer service was outstanding, friendly, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, offering a smooth and comfortable ride the entire time. Communication was clear and consistent, making the whole process stress-free and easy. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience.

First off this was a new experience for me. I've never used Turo at all. After one of the big name rental providers contacted me 2 days before my trip to tell me that the van I had reserved was no longer available due to recall, I was in scramble mode to find a vehicle. Little to no luck I stumbled across Turo. The van was perfect. We had the space we needed for our trip. It ran smooth, no issues at all. Pick up and drop off was easy. Host Rafael was amazing. I'd highly recommend and look forward to utilizing his services and sending others his way in the future. Thanks for a great first experience.
