No comment. The person who delivered the vehicle 5 hours late was very accommodating and friendly. The vehicle needs a lot of work Headlights are weak ( we purchased new ones - did not help) Shocks are terrible. Tire air pressure kept saying we had 19 PSI. Check engine light was on the entire trip. Brakes were weak and would heat up on some of the steeo grades.
The people were wonderful, their vehicle needs an overhaul.

That’s not the standard we aim for, and I’ve addressed the mechanical concerns you mentioned so future trips are smoother. We had the van at the shop before your trip (reason for the delay) as well as inspected afterwards. The brakes were in need of replacement after your trip. Downshifting is necessary on those steep grades.

Truck was a little shaky and headlights were dim. Other than that it was fine.

Great car, perfect for the snowy Colorado roads. We had 6 people and luggage and had more than enough room for suitcases and snow gear. Host is very easy to communicate and work with. We had a great trip. Thank you
