The car was returned on Saturday June 6 at 10:30 am. The host that was notified was Melissa at the pick up location. The vehicle was refilled with gas and washed and vacuumed.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving to pick up the van, I was immediately confronted with a long list of potential charges that directly contradicted the policies and agreements outlined on the Turo website. Despite what was clearly stated, I was informed that I could be charged if I didn’t wash the vehicle—a blatant inconsistency that raised red flags about the company’s transparency.
The situation only worsened during the walk-around inspection with an employee named Kim. As we examined the vehicle, it was clear there were significant issues, such as the roof of the van sagging and the rubber seal on the doors coming off. Despite these glaring problems, Kim insisted on completing the inspection and tried to get me to sign off on forms indicating that the vehicle was in "great condition" with no damage. When I confronted her about these discrepancies, her dismissive attitude was extremely unprofessional and concerning.
Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing, and I cannot recommend them based on their lack of integrity and customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
Sir respectfully Kim does not do any check in or check outs. Yes our company does have rules because of customers that like to break them and don’t care about ruining someone else’s property and TURO do not protect us from people like you. Over 100 rentals with this particular vehicle and one complaint. Rules and policies are rules and policies. They will follow enterprise so why not ours
