The rental was excellent! Aside from a bit of confusion regarding the mileage limit and accessing the gated area to pick up the vehicle, the overall experience was great. The van was clean and had a full tank of gas upon arrival. The owner provided excellent customer service and responded very promptly. I would definitely rent from them again.
