DO NOT RENT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
It's in a gated comm., didn't give clear directions. 2 streets named same thing. Had to ask multiple times for info. so I could get in.
Took a photo of my license without my permission. You don't have to show them your license again upon pickup, but that was wrong.
Complained about a tiny bit of dirt on the step into the truck, even though it's a cargo truck. I took time to sweep it out. This is like an airbnb host who wants you to clean the entire unit before you leave.
To be clear this is my 8th rental. I had a great experience with the other 7. Turo and thier customer service were helpful.
Now I have to go thru a process bc this random person has a photo of my license.

Pickup instructions, gate access information, and the vehicle location were provided through the Turo app. Turo requires host to verify identity. Any photo or verification conducted was solely for that purpose and in accordance with Turo’s policies and trust & safety requirements. The request was simply to return the vehicle in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Feedback Appreciated.
