Host had good communication. I had to move my times and dates, the host was great at approving and flexibility.
Car was very clean, easy to use, and I felt super safe. This van was less expensive than a u-haul and was a way better ride!
Car connect to phone was easy to set up.
Overall, great experience.
As for the purpose of renting this van, it was to move daughter to college.
