The vehicle quality was great and totally suited to my needs and had all the "bells and whistles" not expected on a utility vehicle. The gas mileage was very good, and significant savings can be realized if you set the operating mode to eco! The backup camera was very useful since it included lane guidance. PU/DEL was a breeze, and you have the option of leaving your personal vehicle at the PU location so you can just swap out and not need a ride there and back. The Sprinter van handled like a "car," so other than added attentiveness. Since it requires about 112" clearance (9' 3"), be careful with drive-throughs or underground garages. Very communicative and fairly priced host! I will be back.
