Everything went fine except the car wasn’t ready at the specified time. We waited about 25-30 minutes for the car to be delivered. Mark was apologetic and included bear and bug spray as a service recovery effort. This was my first experience with Turo and I found the pickup process to be somewhat unclear. I had to text Mark and ask what was going on (after not receiving any communication). Otherwise, the car was fine and I have no complaints.

I was frustrated that information comes right before and while im traveling to the airport. I was told to leave the keys in the car and not lock the door by my host. Then when im sitting in the airport im told to lock the car and take pictures of the inside in addition to the outside of the car. Too late im in the airport. Im trying to get my kids settled in and now you want what!!! Very frustrating. I want to get as much done before i arrive at airport and i need to be able to plan. Why can’t this be done at least 24 hours before departure.

Pick up was easy and car was ready and waiting. As others had mentioned the sliding doors were a little hard to open and close. We noticed when dropping off at the airport that registration tags were expired by over a year. We asked that the back row seats be put down prior to pick up and they were not which normally would not have been an issue but this vehicle was a little tricky to get the seats put down especially when tired and ready to leave. Communication was good and car ran fine.

Even though there was a minor issue with my original rental, their customer service was outstanding. They resolved everything immediately and upgraded me to a better vehicle for the same price. They turned a potential inconvenience into a great experience. I’d absolutely rent here again and highly recommend them!
