My experience with this Turo rental was extremely disappointing. The van was not clean on either the interior or exterior and had significant damage throughout. The driver’s seat was broken and covered with a cushion. The steering wheel cover was severely damaged, and the gas tank cover would not stay closed.
The vehicle was provided with only four miles of fuel remaining, forcing me to immediately find a gas station. The host was also late meeting me to drop off the vehicle. When I raised concerns about its condition, he offered several excuses instead of taking responsibility or resolving the issues.
Overall, the vehicle was poorly maintained, and the transaction was unprofessional. I would not rent this vehicle again or recommend it to others.
