Trip was exceptional from picking up to dropping off. The car was super clean, remind me of my car. Host were very helpful with informations and Instructions and the app made it very easy to plug in all necessary informations.

Cool car. Will rent with you again. One thing to note, the windshield wiper is not cleaning the windshield properly. Other than that, you own a nice car.

Car was clean and easily found. Battery doesn’t stay charged, drove it a total of 98 miles and the battery had to be charged 3 times. From 71 percent to 29 percent back to 60 percent down to 36 percent back up to 80 percent back down to 55 percent and charged for 5 hours at hotel back to 76 percent. Drops over night when completely turned off and locked. Didn’t get 50 miles to a full charge. Carlos was great in communication and answered questions but if a vehicle won’t last 50 miles over 5 days kinda ridiculous to not disclose.
Thank you for your feedback, James. Tesla inspected the Cybertruck after your trip and confirmed there are no battery or charging issues. The only irregular charging session occurred at a non-Tesla hotel charger; all Tesla Supercharger sessions worked normally. Our next guest experienced no issues and left a 5-star review. We respectfully ask you to reconsider the 2-star rating, as it may incorrectly suggest a vehicle problem and significantly impacts our family business.
