#1 The vehicle fuel level was almost empty when we received our vehicle. But, we were required to return the vehicle full of gas, back to the owner, or get penalty fees from Turo. Not cool! 👎
#2 The rental vehicle was unknowingly supplied with an "AirTag" making us think our rental car was stolen or in danger of getting stolen?
#3 Had to clean vehicle better than it was received in strict accordance with Turo requirements and WE WERE WAY OVER-CHARGED FOR HAVING THE RENTAL VEHICLE 2 HOURS OVER THE RETURN TIME. $68.(Ripoff!)
**This was our First Time for me and my very last time to rent a car from Turo. Too much a pain in the ass to pickup and is way overcharged with add-ons!**
