We had a great time in Ty's Cybertruck up until our last few hours with it. Ty provided us with a digital key to the car, but mistakenly set the key to expire three hours before our car was due back. I noticed this and addressed it with Ty in advance, and he assured me that it was a timezone issue but wouldn't present a problem. Unfortunately, at 6am we were locked out of the car prematurely. Ty was unreachable and we had to leave the car and take an Uber to the airport (as Turo customer support suggested). An unfortunate end to an otherwise great trip.
