Poor communication for signal errors and inability to register for additional coverage after finding this issue as could have led to additional issues. Signal light indicator turned on one evening but not the next day - uncertain. The truck is nice but it was a little dirty upon pickup and had pretty serious damage to the tires ' like it was dragged along the curb. It was hard to see everything at night when I picked it up. Otherwise the pick up and drop off went smoothly and the AC worked which was so needed for this time of year.

Thank you for your feedback. The turn signal bulb was working before your trip and appears to have failed during the rental, which unfortunately can happen unexpectedly. The tires were inspected before and after the trip and no issues were found. We maintain all of our vehicles to the same high standard. Our pickup instructions are straightforward, with the truck located just a short walk from the shuttle in a well-lit lot. We encourage guests to read our other reviews for a broader picture.
