Truck is fine. Old, but thats not why you are renting it. The issue was the lack of instruction for pick up and lack of response or attentiveness. The truck is at Alaska Park - you need to call Alaska Park to get the shuttle. Shuttle is outside doors 5-6 at baggage claim. Ensure the hosts send the Alaska Park ticket. We were not sent the ticket until after we eventually got the truck. It took a really, really long time, the Alaska Park staff could not find the reservation or truck, and the hosts did not answer phone calls. Eventually the staff found the truck, but not after a long time. The truck was also pretty dirty, both outside and inside, including pretty good mud caked on the truck, the running boards, and muddy floor mats. Not a big issue, again, not why you are renting a F350, but just FYI. The truck does serve it's purpose - it moves a ton of luggage and 5 people.

Good solid truck the rear window is out on the topper and the mirrors don’t work properly but otherwise it was a good rig and drove well.
