The car was gate but had to wait almost an hr from the time we landed to get code for lockbox. We ended up contacting Turo to get code. Other then that car was perfect

Host was late to drop off vehicle. Absolutely zero communication before,we had to reach out 90 plus degrees. Finally was dropped off at baggage claim. Vehicle was awesome, host was not.
