Truck interior was clean but exterior was in pretty bad shape. Very dirty with tons of brake dust on wheels and dents and scratches everywhere. Brakes screeched very bad when coming to a stop. The truck had less than 200 miles range on def fluid when I got it which means the tank was basically empty when I received the truck because the range on a full tank of def is between 4,000 to 5,000 miles. Had to buy very expensive boxed def fluid at gas station since that was all that was available in Bay Area. Was informed truck had a check engine light cleared before my pickup and should expect it to come back on during my trip. Windshield washer also did not work on the truck.
My apologies, Thank you for your feedback Jorge. I explained that you were a back to back guest, the only other option was to cancel on you and possibly ruin your trip. its always my intention to cover all areas for my guests full satisfaction.
Sadly Def fuel is overlooked by non diesel driving guests. The mileage range depends on use and trip conditions, If you were upset about the charge you received for 10 gals of diesel the Def cost does not equate in price differences. Both fuels are req

Great rental experience from start to finish! The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the trip. The truck drove great and made the trip stress-free.
