No towing. To protect the battery, the max charge will be 80% unless you are going on a trip longer than 170 miles on your first day of your trip. If so, please let me know and I'll charge it all the way up 🙏 The vehicle is equipped with E-PASS sticker # 4940086. Tolls will be charged after the trip ends. The use of Tesla Superchargers will be charged after the trip ends.

While the Cybertruck is designed for off-road capabilities, for the duration of your rental, we ask that you stick to paved roads and avoid off-road driving. This helps ensure the vehicle remains in top condition for all renters. Taking the Cybertruck off-road could result in additional charges for any damages or excessive wear caused by rough terrain. Please enjoy the drive on-road, and thank you for your understanding!
Can I take the Cybertruck through a carwash?
We've applied a special protective coating to the Cybertruck's stainless steel exterior. This coating not only helps maintain the vehicle's appearance but also prevents fingerprints from being left on the surface. However, using a carwash may remove this sealant, diminishing its effectiveness. To keep the Cybertruck clean, we recommend simply using a wet towel to wipe off any dirt—it's easy and will preserve the special treatment for longer.
How do I charge the Cybertruck during the rental?
Ah, the power that fuels this magnificent machine! Charging the Cybertruck is as simple as waving a wand—or in this case, plugging it into any compatible charging station, including Tesla's Supercharger stations, known for their lightning-fast efficiency. For those times when you're away from the Supercharger network, fear not! We've placed a special adapter inside the vehicle, so you can tap into non-Tesla chargers as well. The vehicle will begin your journey with nearly 80% charge, ensuring you have ample energy for your adventures. But remember, even the most powerful spells have limits. We kindly ask that you never let the charge drop below 10%. Doing so could disturb the delicate balance of the main battery, and should the magic run out entirely, reviving it could cost around $2,000 and several hours—no amount of hocus-pocus can speed that up! And finally, any magical charges incurred at Tesla Supercharger stations will be tallied up and sent your way after your trip concludes. Please return the Cybertruck with a bit of charge left to keep the magic alive for the next adventurer.
