I rented this truck for a family camping trip so we could put our bikes in the back. I messaged the hose before confirming the trip to make sure the bed length would accommodate the bikes. The host said it was a 6.5 foot bed. But on the day of our trip I found out that it is actually a short bed 5.5 feet when I arrived at the vehicle. We couldn’t fit all of our bikes and had to pay a lot to rent a bike at the national park.
Then there were comfort and safety issues. One of the tires is almost completely bald. Like less than 2mm of tread. And the vehicle shook violently at freeway speed.
On a positive note, the vehicle was clean and the checkout process was seamless.
