The car quality was not very good. Many features were not working. the car kept on giving us ABS light. Sunroof was not working at all. Car alignment needs to be fixed.

Truck - 2018 w/ normal wear and tear. Drivers seat heater didn’t work. Check brake system light came on. I feel like the price paid was too high for what I actually rented.
Communication - bad. Not timely, which caused undo stress. Pick up was at ORD. I landed with anticipation of having pickup instructions and didn’t. I had to message him 15 min prior to my pickup time to see how to get the truck. Once I picked up the truck I had to pay for hourly/daily parking, which was only $6. But I didn’t know that was going to occur.
Also, he never gave me any type of drop off instructions. I messaged him around 900 am the morning of (with a 2-3 pm drop off) to get instructions. He didn’t respond at all until after noon - after my second message. He did apologize and said he didn’t have service, which is not a good excuse. Especially with a check brake system light on.
If he had given me clear pickup and drop off instructions from the get go, all could have been avoided.
