Hello I apologize that you were not able to complete your check out until today. I’m unsure on why it wouldn’t let you finish submission on your end, I’ve never had this happen before everyone who has rented a vehicle was able to successfully submit theirs on the day of without any issues when we spoke on 08/27/26 during drop off you had said you finished everything on your end so to my understanding there was nothing left that should have held you back from submitting your trip.
The car was great and host was incredible definitely recommend this to anyone looking for flexibility and great host Thanks Matt
