Very nice truck. Range was able to handle busy day of all over The Valley driving, and not need recharged until next day. Is stylish and comfortable. Appreciated the drop off and pick up service. Would absolutely rent this truck again.

Unsafe Vehicle Condition and Unprofessional Host
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing rental experience. The truck had visibly worn and unevenly worn tires, and we experienced significant shaking and wobbling at low/moderate speeds. These issues raised serious safety concerns, especially given the driving conditions we encountered during our trip.
What made the experience even worse was the host’s response when I raised these concerns. I had contacted him about the tire condition before the trip. He minimized my concerns and said he didn’t notice anything like that but he didn’t drive it much as it was rented out 28 days out of the month. He told me I can take it into a tire shop and that he would pay to get it fixed, however, this was an important trip with a tight itinerary. And usually the customer shouldn’t be the one dealing with the maintenance on their vacation . The issues remained a concern during our rental. Rather than responding professionally and addressing our safety concerns, he became defensive and hostile after I filed a claim with Turo requesting assistance and a refund for our unfortunate experience in the vehicle.
The host went so far as to tell me he would make sure nobody ever rented to me again on Turo and accused me of lying. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I should be able to report a potential vehicle safety issue without being intimidated or threatened for doing so.
A rental host should prioritize vehicle maintenance, customer safety, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would encourage future renters to be cautious who they rent from. Document everything very carefully because unfortunately, some people just don’t maintain their vehicles like they should.
Based on the vehicle condition and the way the host handled a legitimate safety concern, I would not rent from this host again.

The guest picked up the vehicle, drove it 30 miles back to her home, and then proceeded to drive another 500 miles to her destination out of town befote mentioning the "shimmy." What this guest failed to mention is that she was extremely frustrated with how many times they had to stop to charge the truck during their road trip. She didn't educate herself on using an electric vehicle for a road trip, got frustrated, and tried to make up a reason to get her money back. Future hosts beware of her!!
