Great all around, no issues, fast communication. Tacoma was nice

I had to wait outside in the rain because there was no lockbox with a key in it for me to retrieve the car normally i have good experiences with them but the last two times have been a little disappointing because the last time they tried to charge me and say I didn't fill up the tank and i did and had the proof and pics. So i gave another try when i got there this time there were no keys, and the car wasn't clean and when they did get there with the keys I still had to wait because they hadn't even checked the car in yet for me to be able to take it so they hadn't even checked to take pics check it in from the last person take videos and all before I could leave with the car and this was after pick up time. Most time this company has great experiences things happen i may give one more try but it depends on the outcome.
