During this car rental, the host called me a “chapiadora” (implying I take money from men) and used offensive language. I was accused unfairly when all I did was care for the vehicle. The host made me turn back when I was already on the highway, seemingly to find reasons to charge more. The spot where I parked had another car in it when I returned—proving that their claims are manipulative. The host also spoke badly about me, claiming I didn’t know how to handle their car category. I will document everything so others can see how this host behaves and think twice before renting from them.
Thank you for your feedback. For transparency, this trip involved concerns regarding an unauthorized driver operating the vehicle. As hosts, we are required to address safety, insurance, and Turo policy violations immediately. Any request to return the vehicle was based solely on those concerns, not additional charges. We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review and have documentation supporting our position. Our priority is always safety, compliance, and professionalism.
