The host was very good but I had an odd issue charging the car initially. This was due to some weird Rivian software issue. I reset the system several times to get it to work.

I enjoyed the truck as I have been thinking of purchasing my own but wanted to drive it around first. Exterior wise nothing negative to note all regular wear and tear from a 2023 model. It drove great , very quiet ride handling was great as well. Interior was quite dirty and smelled of smoke ( I'm sensitive to smoke) so I had to get the vehicle cleaned . I let the host know and they were apologetic. The keyfob battery was low by day 2 of a 6 day rental. I had to replace that. The charging was kinda problematic. Using the Tesla SC bills the hosts card in file and it was a payment issue which I could not get resolved so I had to pay using my Tesla account, not a great thing if you don't already have an account. It seemed to take a really long time at Teslas SC but that is more on the vehicle and hosts can't control that. If possible I would suggest charging at Rivian networks seem to be much faster but they are sparce in the area. I think it's really only one in Brandon. I still gave full stars because I enjoyed the vehicle. Next time I'd suggest having the car cleaned fully and having the keyfob battery replaced and dont make that the responsibility of the renter.

The car was great. One big issue is the charging port is not working correctly and will only charge at about a fourth of the speed it should. This can be a big deal, making a 20 minute charge closer to 1.5-2 hours long. Otherwise, we loved the rental.
