Host was next level great! I say that because the truck, which is exactly what I needed, a work truck. It towed an enclosed car hauler from Seattle to Monterey, CA flawlessly. The problem came in Monterey. The battery died and took pretty much the entire truck with it. Adrian worked with me to get it to a dealership in town and had the repair to the Battery Control Module was done on warranty.
The true measure of a host on Turo is not when everything goes smoothly. The true test is when things are not smooth. Adrian handled a rough situation 1000 miles away and did it very well! Would definitely rent again, anytime!!!
