No towing trailers allowed even though it's a work truck, didn't allow me to return it early so couldn't get another vehicle, literally worse than Hitler

Unfortunately per Turo terms and conditions towing is not allowed. We host are also held accountable for terms and conditions. We did allow you to return 5 hours early and explained that it would be the same as if you return 5 hours later. You opted to keep it. I’m sorry that you took it the wrong way when told it is nation wide about the no towing with Turo. So ending your trip and booking another truck on Turo to tow will not be any difference
