FSD technology was the only reason we gave this rental any stars. This vehicle is definitely not for long road trips. We rented it before purchasing one ourselves and are glad we did! We will not be purchasing a cybertruck after this experience. We made 25 stops to charge it, each wait was 20-30mins. It took away an entire day from our vacation and added stress.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the 3-star maintenance rating. The Cybertruck had no maintenance issues and was in excellent condition. The concern was charging. This is a fully electric vehicle, and charging is a normal part of ownership. The vehicle was driven from Houston to Florida and South Carolina, an extremely long-distance trip, so multiple charging stops were expected. Charging is not a maintenance deficiency.
