Dirty car, blown speakers, misaligned steering, and host accepted my reservation with delivery but then made me uber to them to pick it up.

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was clean and fully operational at the start of the trip, as confirmed by the pre-trip photos. Regarding delivery, the pickup location was changed by the guest after the reservation was made, which is why the vehicle was not delivered to the original location. We always strive to provide a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle for every guest.
