Thank you for booking with us, I hope all my guests have a satisfied experience, whether you are returning or new to this platform. As Turo regulation changes, I'll do my best explain how we work now, all options we can offer, and all possible fees that guests might encounter with, so you'll have better understanding. 1. Airport delivery and return: I offer free airport garage delivery to International Garage A or G following Turo's SFO rule, for this option, guests are responsible for all parking fees. Generally I will delivery and pickup the car as close to your pickup and return time as possible, to make the parking fee lower. However due to another job and possible arrangement needed with my co-hosts that helps delivery and pickup while I am away, I can't really guarantee this all time, but I'll do my best. Garage A and G are with a maximum daily rate of $36, so most you will pay is $36 each way. Please note that airport fee, delivery fee, and parking fee are not the same. Home location (my parking lot) pickup and drop off: If you decided to pickup or drop off from my parking lot, it's only few mins away from the airport. Uber/lyft from airport to my lot is around $28, and about $18 from my lot to airport. A cheaper way from airport to my lot, you can take the free air-train from any terminal to West field road stop, or long term parking, then the uber/lyft will be only $12-15. Our parking lot is outside airport district, therefore no airport fees for now. 3. Refuel You will get the car in full tank, please return it with full tank if prepaid refuel not purchased please make sure to refuel with correct grade. The cheapest gas station nearby is Costco on South Airport Blvd, if you don't have Costco membership, there is a Speedway at 176 Gateway. The Valero and Shell on South Airport Blvd are extremely overpriced. If you don't return in full, I can take care the refuel in Costco Gas, but Turo will add an $10 refuel fee on top of actual refuel cost that I can't remove. 4. Smoking Absolutely NO SMOKING, please be respectful to others, I have many guests with family and kids, your smoking will ruin their trip, I will report smoking violation with no exception, Turo will charge you $150 smoking violation fee. 5. Toll All my vehicles are registered with Bay Area FasTrak, and linked with Turo, tolls will be billed after the trip, if applicable.
