This was my first Turo rental, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Paul was an outstanding host! We had a hiccup before check-in because the F-150 hadn’t been returned in time, but Paul immediately stepped in and offered his Tesla so our trip wouldn’t be disrupted. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find. I would absolutely rent from Paul again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free Turo experience.
