We rented the Cybertruck for a family weekend in the mountains. Clean truck, easy pickup and return, and it did the job. One thing to know: safety alerts (rear steering disabled, automatic emergency braking unavailable) popped up on day one and kept coming back all trip, including the drive home. Renters get Tesla app access for the trip, and a service appointment for these exact alerts was sitting right on the home screen, scheduled before we picked up. Wish that had been mentioned upfront. Ali was responsive when I asked and the truck stayed drivable, but go in with eyes open if the driver-assist features matter to you.
