Very easy process, host communication was excellent and the truck was very clean, easy to access and perfect for our Seattle trip! 10/10

Overall great rental. Lost one star because it could've used a little cleaning. I'm assuming it's used as a family hauler (sticky in the back seat, food under the rear seat). Definitely worth the value though as this was the cheapest rate I could find. Bien was a great host and very responsive.

Renting from Cozycar was easy and convenient. I had been wanting to check out the Rivian R1T and am glad I did. Such a pleasure to drive! Pick up and dropoff at SeaTac was a breeze. They included a NACS adapter which allows charging at Tesla superchargers in addition to all the other CCS chargers. Communication was prompt and thorough. Would definitely rent from Cozycar again!
