The truck was nice but was bad on gas. Also, I was charged a toll fee because I traveled over a barrier that required tolls. Getting my drivers license verified was absolutely insanely difficult because of the horrible and amateur coding of the companies computer science department.. but the owner of the rental car was amazing. The truck was amazing and overall, I am happy with the situation.. because I know how horrible the website an app is I returned the car about three hours early to make sure that they didn’t try to charge me late fees again which they have done in the past. I recommend dotting every I and crossing every t if ever dealing with Turo.. maybe in the near future, they will correct their absolute amateur and neglectful system, but the renters themselves, the vehicle owners are absolutely awesome. I would have given it a one star review if it weren’t for the vehicle owners..

I understand your frustration with the APP and the Turo computer system which wasted a lot your valuable time to verify the perfectly good driver’s license. I am sure Turo had heard the feedback and will improve it in the future.
This is a big truck, it is fun to drive. Unfortunately bigger truck does burn more gas, and the gas price is very high now due to the well-known reason.
Negative feedbacks hurt my business, but I did nothing wrong. I am very sad!
