Car was great and clean. Interacting with the rental team was sometimes difficult. Automated responses to questions, failure to answer how to remove the truck bed cover and talking to multiple people was difficult

I’m sorry you found some difficulty in talking to two of us. We have never taken the truck bed off so we had to ask each other, and try to help. The automated messages go on a time schedule and don’t have anything to do with your questions. I’m sorry that one went just after you asked the question, so it must have been confusing. I hope you will be back to rent from us again some time.
