Alan is such a great host, I have rented from him multiple times and I will continue to do so when I come to SF. You can’t go wrong with Alan as a host with his vehicle.

It was really nice car and he was kind.

Alan is a great, responsive host. The car itself was clean, spacious, and got slightly better fuel economy than I anticipated. The only hitch was returning it. Pick up and drop off are close to San Bruno BART station. This is convenient for airport travel. But the streets are tight (at least in a truck), there are different street sweeping restrictions to be mindful of, and at night, parking was hard to find. I would, in hindsight, have budgeted more time to complete the return, especially if you're trying to catch the last train like we were. For my first time using Turo and doing contactless pick-up/drop-off, I was overall satisfied.

The tacoma was an awesome ride. Pick up was easy! Alan was great assisting me in returning the vehicle to the airport. He also accommodate my return time. Will definitely reach out again next time I visit SF
