I should have checked the details earlier, but after specifically selecting to pick up at SLC airport, I was so disappointed to find that I had to navigate my 4 oversized/heavy bags downstairs to a shuttle, wait, then be driven offsite to a parking lot.
It didn’t help that the yellow spot shuttle driver was rude and unhelpful- and dropped me off in the middle of the lot, leaving me to go find the truck with my bags.
All in all- that process burned an hour of my time and was much more difficult than it could have been.
This rental shouldn’t have been listed for airport pickup.

We have always advertised that we have a free shuttle to and from airport. Please still rate five stars.
Everything was amazing. Only advice for locals not coming from the airport, when picking up Turo Rental is to Get dropped off at the west entrance of the park and jet, talk to the workers at the gate, they’ll let you in, direct you to the shuttle, they’ll drop you off to the turo parking lot where you’ll find your turo rental.

The truck was dirty when we picked it up. It had a lot of dents and scratches overall on the truck, which made it difficult to log them all.
There was no windshield wiper fluid in the truck either.
Overall, other than those things, the truck was fine

This host tried to blame me for some body damage that happened 5 days after the trip ended. Be careful with this host. Thank god I took photos before and after the trip shows the damage was not there when I returned it. Very odd that he would be allowed to file a claim 5 days after the trip ended.
