Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again. The pickup started off a little rocky because I wasn't able to reach the host at the scheduled pickup time, which delayed things a bit. However, once we connected, the host was very apologetic, communicative, and made the pickup process easy. The car was exactly as described, drove great, and I had no issues throughout the trip. Drop-off was also simple and convenient. I appreciate how the host handled the situation and would happily rent from them again in the future.
